Customer agreement
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on the bookedpayment.com website. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years old. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse the supply of any goods ordered by you at our discretion. The Buyer, under this agreement, is a person who makes a purchase on the bookedpayment.com website. The Seller, under this agreement, is a LLC "Ciliara Trading Limited", which uses the aforementioned website. This agreement is an offer to the general public.
Service description
The merchant acts as an agent (based on commission) for the sale of the online stores’ goods and services, which were transferred to the agent's use by the partners of the merchant with whom the corresponding agreements were made. Hereby, the merchant has an obligation to the buyer in terms of maintaining the balance of accounts of online stores and transfer of goods and services to the buyer according to the terms and conditions of the specified online store. More detailed descriptions of goods and services offered by online stores can be found on the official websites of the online stores.
Images of goods / Specifications
Although we endeavor to ensure that the images of used goods and corresponding online stores, they may still vary. Thus, we assume no responsibility for incorrect images/information provided in online stores. If you find a mistake in the images or specifications of goods, please let us know.
Payment method
The payment currency, when a transaction is made, is specified for both buyer and seller according to the terms and conditions of the payment system selected by the buyer. The buyer, who uses a credit (payment) card shall be notified of the fact that, when making a payment, all credit (payment) card details are used only on the payment page of a seller's bank-acquirer, who is a member of international payment systems and secures this data according to the terms of the payment system. All credit card transactions are carried out immediately, and the payment is specified in your credit card statement once information of a successful authorization has been received.
Confidentiality
We promise that all customer information provided to us, is treated in strictest confidence, and we make every effort to protect this data.
Availability of services
All services are offered on the basis of availability and can be withdrawn from sale at any moment. In any case, a buyer can purchase only those services that are in stock.
Obtainment of service
Obtainment of service is performed by replenishment accounts paid on the online stores' website. The buyer can choose an online store either directly on the payment website bookedpayment.com or the online store.
Services warranty
The seller guarantees that services are valid at the moment of realization of payment. Further use of service is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective online store.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of goods paid for and delivered to the buyer is prohibited.
Refund
Refunds paid to the buyer for the service purchased is permitted only if the buyer provides evidence of proof of purchase according to the terms and conditions of the specific online store. Upon confirmation of these circumstances, the merchant refunds the buyer within 3 banking days.
Liability
In case the conditions of this agreement are violated on our part, the amount of monetary compensation cannot exceed the value of the goods, and we also are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon strict adherence to any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in adherence to or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Applicable law / Litigation
Under this agreement, the law of the seller's place of registration is applicable. All possible litigation under this agreement is pursued at the seller's location.
Copyright
The website contains a list of online stores that sell only legal goods and services and carry out their activities without violation of copyright, intellectual rights and other property and non-property rights of third parties.
